• 100% refund if the slot is cancelled more than 24 hours before the start time.
• 50% refund if the slot is cancelled more than 12 hours before the start time.

1. 3% of the booking amount will be charged as handling charges in addition to the cancellation charge mentioned above.

2. Incase of split payment bookings the refund charges will be calculated on the basis of the entire slot price and not the paid amount.

3. You can only amend/cancel slots in a booking once.

4. A booking can only be amended/cancelled before the start time of the first slot in the booking.

5. If the venue is not in playable condition due to rain/natural calamities, bookings will be rescheduled at the same venue.

6. Hudle reserves the right to change the cancellation policy without any prior notice.
